SAXON INNOVATIONS SIGNS LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH HTC CORPORATION

Tyler, Texas - May 13, 2009
- Saxon Innovations, LLC (“Saxon“) announced today that HTC Corporation (HTC) has purchased a license to Saxon’s patent portfolio of 180 U.S. patents.

"We are very pleased to conclude this license agreement with HTC and affirm our licensing program," said Anthony Grillo, Senior Vice President of Licensing at Saxon. As part of its licensing program, Saxon has initiated discussions with numerous consumer electronics manufacturers and has brought enforcement actions in U.S. District Court and in the International Trade Commission.
